How to explain the withdrawal

As a private customer, you have the option to settle on the declaration of withdrawal, from a purchase agreement that was concluded via the Internet. The cancellation can be made within 14 days after receipt of the goods. In order to submit the cancellation quickly and easily, here is a form available. Of course you are also free to declare the cancellation by e-mail, letter or by returning the goods, without giving reasons. This right of revocation applies exclusively to consumers (§13 BGB), entrepreneurs (§14 BGB) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please note that for a deterioration of the goods compensation may be required, unless it is due solely to an examination of the goods as in the store. How does the return of the goods work?

After sending the cancellation, our returns department will contact you and give you further information on the progress of further processing.

How does the return in the warranty / warranty case

If you want to claim warranty or guarantee, please note the following notes. If the device purchased from us has a defect within the warranty period granted by the manufacturer, you can assert its warranty claims directly with the manufacturer. On request, we will gladly take over the warranty processing with the manufacturer for you.
