This kit is the first building kit in a new series of building kits. In contrast to the building kits previously manufactured, which were largely made of cardboard, injection-molded elements form the basis for the new buildings. These can be used to create and combine buildings of any depth and length. Windows, doors, downpipes and gate guides, which are also manufactured using injection molding, enable quick and easy installation. The gates are made of printed transparent plastic, the facades are made of lasered silver plastic. The EM412 kit includes components for a two-story office area including stairs.
With EM418 the building can be expanded by 2 gates. Further variants are in the works.
